Automatic production control
In our offices we can properly check all the processed orders. A sophisticated software allows our operators to verify in any moment the product's cycle, providing a constant and total control of its process in any stage: from the raw material production to the final product's output: printing, punching, gluing, palletization.

Punctuality and information
High technology of our fully computerized production lines, (this warrants very high production and quality levels) and a sophisticated management software enable use to optimize the scheduling phase of the process. Consequently we can punctually meet any customer's requirement providing all the informations about each order.

Certification and input-output quality control
Focused to a general quality product's improvement, Borgioni Group's plants have obtained the quality certification in compliance with ISO 9001:2008. This qualified management system, fron the raw material's production to final product, can constantly single out customer's requirements and expectations turning them to real needs and, obviously, meeting them. In order to steadily warrant a high quality product's compliance, Borgioni Group uses specific procedures including strict controls in any part of the process, both input and output, through a fully equipped quality control laboratory. Application of this Certified System allows us to continously manage complete production, supplying the market with an high quality product.

Production of the raw material
The Borgioni Group is an integrated productive plant turning containerboard reel paper to corrugated paperboard and packings (slotted boxes, die-cut boxes, trays, etc.) by a fully automatic productive cycle. In the Ondulato Piceno's plant corrugated paperboard is manufactured using different kinds of high quality web paper imported from several countries in the world. A proper raw material source policy allows us to have anytime available the ideal stock to meet any market's requirement.

Packing's production process
The Borgioni Imballaggi converts corrugated sheets in numerous kinds of packings. Production cycle is fully automatic due to high technology 10 production lines. Corrugated sheet converting takes place through an automatic succession of several phases (printing, punching, gluing and sealing) along production lines, without breaks.

"Ink Maker"
The Borgioni Imballaggi is one of the few companies being equipped with an automatic ink system, managed by a special software, mixing ink to get any "pantone" colour required by the customer.

Large sizes printing
We can four-colour directly print on the corrugated sheet, even of large sizes, achieving an excellent printing quality and, in the same time, reducing costs of coupling linerboard on a flute.

Traceability of the lot and non-conformity
Our organization has the necessary instruments to warrant product's identification and traceability in any production phase such as the following shipment to the customer. The excellent technological level allows us to start from the lot number (printed on the pallet's label) including all the product's identification datas, (materials, converting machine, operating staff, etc.). This provides a quick and easy management of non-conformities and complaints, identifying causes in any situation and quickly effecting the necessary corrections.

Inner production of corrugated paperboard with several thickness and size
Ondulato Piceno's plant is located on 25,000 square metres surface and manufactures approx. 140 million square metres corrugated sheets each year using different types of paper, both recycled and virgin fibres, in several gramweights. Its a very modern corrugating machine providing a wide rande of corrugated sheets, such as "E" flute (micro flute), "C" flute (high flute), "B" flute (low flute) and all the different double-wall sheets (EC - EB).
